Little Chef Sixtine made mini banana muffins for our Sunday afternoon treat! Here is the recipe:

2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup applesauce ( we used pear sauce)
1 cup flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg

Preheat oven at 350 degree F .Peel and mash bananas, add sugar, then add other ingredients. Butter up muffin tins and pour batter. Bake for 15-17 minutes. C’est prêt, bon appétit!

Oh and this is Vic drinking water out of a glass and making bubbles! Too sweet to miss! Happy Sunday!

Perfect, I was just wondering what to do with the 2 bananas I have leftover… :) I’ll try that recipe tomorrow and will use the gluten free flour I have so B can eat them too…

I love that top photo of how you have everything arranged – I feel like Elise could do something similar (maybe just fewer ingredients) in the near future. Also, Victoire’s bubble blowing is lovely – on a side note, she has the most striking eyes!

Victoire looks so adorable with that band on her hair and that smile and those eyes!

You gave me an idea for something to do with my nieces when they come over for another visit! :) Thank you, Deb!
