inandout

Victoire is in a sensitive period for in an out activities. I provided her with a few materials to practice refined hand movements.

  1. A mason jar glass and a silk scarf from Beneath the Rowan Tree. The scarf is presented inside the jar on a low shelf.
  2. A Montessori Object Permanence Box with Tray and Ball
  3. An Egg and a Cup from mjolkig
  4. Single Shaped Puzzle – Square – available here

You can also make your own material. I don’t have a picture but I presented this activity to Victoire, you only need jumbo pom poms and a kitchen roll tube.

Happy Sunday! Deb

Thank you Mymy, you are most welcome! Pulling things out of a jar are always a hit. This silk scarf in particular is so soft and so beautiful – it is a great open-ended object to offer a young child! I highly recommend them.
