We had family over for brunch last Sunday and I wanted to make something different yet familiar enough that everyone would like it. I stumbled upon this Martha Stewart recipe and was immediately convinced that it would be the perfect addition to our brunch menu! There was none left after the “party” so I take it they were awesome. I made them again this weekend for lunch after going to the Farmer’s market. I used nice fresh free range eggs from a local farmer and these cups were absolutely amazing!
